its gonna be 2005 in the GMT +8 timezone in approx an hours time as of this typing. as of this full stop. in relation to my computer clock. =D

oh well. they're not broadcasting the nation's countdown this year due to the tsunami/earthquake thing. sigh. i still don't get that part. why do they want to make themselves think of that sad situation by toning down celebrations and stuff? i mean...yeah, its a really unfortunate thing that happened, and we should be doing all we can to help them, yes. but the thing is, what's curtailing celebrations got to do with helping them? we should go on with all that hoo hah and give MORE AID. wee. aid is good =D as ian lin quoted from some guy's blog, it would show "the triumph of the human spirit".

hm. enough abt that. since they're not broadcasting it, and e ppl next door are busy karaoke-ing, i shall have my own NATION'S COUNTDOWN. me myself and myself again in this nice room. yay. i'm looping PARA PARA SAKURA now on winamp =D half an hour to 0000hrs, i'll start jumping on the sofa! yayy. and then and then. i shall run to the refrigerator and get myself a bottle of cold water. then then...i shall countdown! using my system clock. wahaha. then i shall YAM SENG! and sing AULD LANG SYNE to myself and spray foam all over, like what the sentosa peeps are doing =D hmm. nah. too dirty. scratch that. i'll just sing.
